This position is part time, with a minimum of 10 hours over 2-3 shifts per week with some weekend & evening availability required.
You'll be responsible for all of the dish-washing; kitchen cleaning (incl. equipment) and helping the chef as directed with food preparation. We run a busy restaurant so you'll need to enjoy working as part of a team, carrying out practical hands-on work and be able to handle the pressures of a busy Restaurant.
Similar experience would be ideal however, with the right attitude, we are more than willing to teach you what you need to know and can provide you with many possibilities to advance in the kitchen or within the Villa Maria estate company.
